HUNT: Archery Black Bear, Brown Bear Combo Hunt in Alaska

I shot THREE bears in one night. One brown bear and two blacks, then a third black bear on the last night.
Opportunities Galore is how I would state this hunt when selling it to your clients. I really appreciated being able to spend time with my friend and agent Russ Meyer. It has been a dream of both of ours to hunt brown bears with a bow. This Alaska brown bear hunt is the usual baited hunt, lots of time during the day to go fishing and talk and shoot your bow. Most of the action takes place at night.
The scenery and experiences in Alaska are amazing.
From the animals to the mountains even the jet boat rides. You truly get to experience Alaska while on this hunt. There were so many bears that if I chose to, I could have shot a black bear each night. I only saw one brown bear, and I am taking it home with me…. Russ saw many brown bears and a HUGE black bear alike.
This bear hunt is an archery hunters dream.

It was such a great adventure and experience, and as always, Russ Meyer took care of me. The dude is such a great teacher and humble awesome person. Thanks to Russ Meyer and Outdoors International I have this amazing memory and my four new rugs… Ha Ha
