The Yukon is a land of immense scale and opportunity for those seeking genuine wilderness pursuits. Our experienced consultants understand the unique challenges and rewards of operating in this northern territory, including the best hunting concessions, prime fishing seasons, reputable fly-in operations, and essential logistical planning. We match you with outfitters who prioritize safety, ethical practices, and delivering high-quality wilderness experiences.

  • Legendary Yukon Big Game Hunting: The Yukon is a world-class destination for specific northern big game species. We connect hunters with experienced outfitters for:

    • Alaska-Yukon Moose Hunts: Pursue some of the largest moose in North America in remote river valleys and wilderness areas, often via fly-in or horseback hunts.
    • Dall & Fannin Sheep Hunts: Undertake challenging mountain hunts for beautiful white Dall Sheep or the darker-phased Fannin Sheep in rugged alpine terrain.
    • Mountain Caribou Hunts: Target impressive Mountain Caribou bulls in their vast tundra and mountain habitats.
    • Grizzly Bear Hunts: Experience a true wilderness hunt for interior Grizzly Bears.
    • Mountain Goat Hunts: Pursue these elusive cliff-dwellers in specific high-mountain regions.
    • Wolf and Wolverine may also be available as additional opportunities on some hunts.
  • Wilderness Fishing in the Yukon: Explore pristine, remote lakes and rivers teeming with hard-fighting northern fish. Let us connect you with fly-in lodges and guides for:

    • Exceptional fishing for large Lake Trout and abundant Arctic Grayling.
    • Targeting aggressive Northern Pike in lakes and river systems.
    • Opportunities for various Whitefish species and Burbot (Lingcod).
    • Seasonal runs of Pacific Salmon (Chinook, Coho, Chum) in specific river systems connected to the coast.
    • Ice fishing opportunities during the long winter months.
  • Yukon Wingshooting: While not the primary draw for most international visitors, opportunities exist for hunting native upland birds like Spruce Grouse, Ruffed Grouse, and Ptarmigan (Willow, Rock, White-tailed). Some waterfowl hunting (ducks and geese) is available along migratory routes and on lakes/rivers during the fall season.

  • Yukon Adventure Travel & Northern Exploration: Immerse yourself in the vast wilderness, unique history, and natural wonders of the Yukon. Our consultants can assist in arranging adventures like:

    • Exploring the glaciers, mountains, and wildlife of Kluane National Park and Reserve (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
    • Hiking and backpacking in the dramatic landscapes of Tombstone Territorial Park.
    • Paddling legendary rivers like the Yukon River, Tatshenshini, or Alsek on guided canoe or rafting expeditions.
    • Witnessing the spectacular Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) during the fall, winter, or early spring months.
    • Discovering the history of the Klondike Gold Rush in historic Dawson City and exploring the capital, Whitehorse.
    • Wildlife Viewing: Excellent opportunities to spot moose, caribou, Dall sheep, bears, eagles, and more in their natural environment.

I didn't think an experience like this was possible.

This trip, was, for me at least not just a trip, for me it was a real adventure, a real experience. I love the wilderness and this trip afforded me the opportunity to connect with the Alaskan wilderness in ways very few people do. It was an experience I will never forgot in a place I can’t wait to get back to.

The outfitter handled everything perfectly.

We were thankful that Outdoors International hooked us up with a great outfitter because they were able to find us an acceptable alternate on short notice. Overall the two year process to get this float in was seamless and worry free. Just like it should be.

Thank you, Stan Masneri

What an amazing experience!

The lodge was out of this world! Our rooms, the delicious food, the incredible wildlife and the scenery were amazing. Our photo safari guide was truly exceptional and had us on animals almost constantly. We saw over 30 different species and had some incredible up close experiences. Africa is amazing!
