An estate hunt takes place inside a fence. The herd is managed, the genetics are selected,
the animals are countable, and success rates run far above free-range hunting.
That is a legitimate product and we’ll say so plainly. It’s the right answer for a hunter
with three days rather than ten, for someone with a physical limitation, for a corporate
group, for a father-and-son trip that needs to end well, and for anyone chasing a specific
class of animal that free-range country won’t reliably produce.
It is not fair chase and we don’t market it as such — we sell fair chase hunts
too, and the distinction should stay clean. Fence sizes vary from a few hundred acres to
tens of thousands, which changes the experience enormously. Ask us about the specific
property before you book.
High Fence Hunting Estates
If budget, time, or physical condition, is an issue for you…or you just want a guaranteed situation, you could possibly look to high fence hunt. High fence hunting is the solution to your trophy buck or monster bull solution. Trying to get your chance at a bull elk over 350, or a whitetail over 200 inches, without waiting the years in takes to draw the “right” tag can be a VERY expensive and time consuming venture. A solution to that issue, if cost is a concern, is to hunt on a high fence hunting estate.
High fence hunting from a hunter’s point of view:
- You are going to see a better quality and quantity of wildlife in their natural surroundings.
- You’re not having to put in the cost of labor and time invested into food plots, stands, and monitoring deer movement.
- Private ranch, high fence hunting can try and meet the needs of every hunter’s ability and challenges in an ethical way.
- Private ranches are flexible with your busy work schedule. The heavy regulations and restrictions on public land and free-range hunting do not apply.
I didn't think an experience like this was possible.
This trip, was, for me at least not just a trip, for me it was a real adventure, a real experience. I love the wilderness and this trip afforded me the opportunity to connect with the Alaskan wilderness in ways very few people do. It was an experience I will never forgot in a place I can’t wait to get back to.

What an amazing experience!
The lodge was out of this world! Our rooms, the delicious food, the incredible wildlife and the scenery were amazing. Our photo safari guide was truly exceptional and had us on animals almost constantly. We saw over 30 different species and had some incredible up close experiences. Africa is amazing!
