I thought everything was wonderful. the service, and the quality of animals was tremendous.
Moose hunting was not very strenuous and we got my moose the first day we went out for him. Boone and Crockett bull moose scoring 206 inches! Awesome experience shooting him at 20 yards after calling him in for 20 minutes.
After my moose hunt, I found out that mountain goat hunting is more difficult.
I hunted four days in some tough country for my mountain goat. Thank goodness I took the suggested gear list seriously and started preparing a full 60 days before the hunt. Probably should have started even sooner.
Hunt Report
- My outfitter’s communication before, during and after the trip was great.
- Overall trophy quality was excellent.
- Physically, the trip was very difficult.

We saw bucks every day along with all other sorts of wildlife. Mountain goats, bears, and foxes were common sights. Fishing and crabbing was special bonus. The food was excellent, the crew was amazing. Outdoors International did a great job of finding exactly what we were looking for.

What an amazing experience!
The hunting lodge was out of this world!, Rooms, food and the scenery were all A+. Our guide was exceptional and had us on Shiras moose all five days. We saw over 30 total with at least 10 bulls. They had a plan for everything including taxidermy and game processing.
