With around 100,000 total mountain goats in North America, figuring out where to hunt mountain goat isn’t all that difficult. Securing a goat tag is the hard part.
British Columbia offers first class fishing with a ton of value. British Columbia fishing is so good, partly because of it’s 25,000 lakes and 12,000+ miles of coastline. Anglers travel from around the world to fish for salmon, halibut, sturgeon, and steelhead.
If you are looking to draw a tag and do it yourself, more power to you. But an easier route is to hunt where they have over the counter mountain goat tags, or to go the guided hunt route. Canada and Alaska are the only place that has this option.
