HUNT: Alaska Caribou and Grizzly Bear Hunt

Our grizzly bear hunt was awesome.
We battled some difficult weather which impacted traveling to the field and the caribou migration, but our guide quickly worked to help us focus on grizzly bear hunting. We were both were successful on the bear hunts which was an awesome experience. Separate from the “hunt” itself, the Alaska hunting experience is amazing.

- How would you rate your trip overall? Brad was an awesome outfitter. Our gear, food, and assigned guide did a great job. With the circumstances due to the weather, it was obvious Brad was trying to make the experience as best as possible for his clients.
- How were your guide(s)? Amazing.
- How was your food and lodging? Good.
- How was your outfitters communication? Good.
- How physically demanding was your trip? Moderate.
- How would you rate your consultant? Kyle did a fantastic job throughout the year of us planning the trip to actually going on the trip. I probably wore him out with questions on logistics and gear, but he always answered and was very thorough and helpful. He was honest that this was a great Arctic grizzly hunt, and a fair guided caribou hunt and I really appreciated that.

What an amazing experience!
The lodge was out of this world! Our rooms, the delicious food, the incredible wildlife and the scenery were amazing. Our photo safari guide was truly exceptional and had us on animals almost constantly. We saw over 30 different species and had some incredible up close experiences. Africa is amazing!Scott Navares
