  • American woodcock
  • Chachalaca, also known as the “Mexican Tree Pheasant”
  • White-winged and mourning doves

  • Ringneck pheasant
  • Three species of quail – bobwhite, scaled quail and Gambel’s.
Secretive and often difficult to spot in their native habitat, the chachalaca is a unique game bird offers a challenging hunting experience for the outdoorsman.
