HUNT: Unguided Moose Hunt in Alaska

Great unguided hunting trip in Alaska for moose. With all the headaches of this year surrounding Covid we were able to get to Alaska and make this trip happen. Our time in the field was great and we saw many bulls with many very close. We were all able to make it happen and connect on our first Alaska moose. I actually passed on a couple bulls a little bigger than mine but I wouldn’t have traded that for the extra time in the field and the encounters that we had.
Great moose hunt.
Communication at hangar could’ve been a little better. Would love to go again. Staff was friendly and informative. Good equipment provided and more than enough food.

Our hunt was excellent.
We saw bucks every day along with all other sorts of wildlife. Mountain goats, bears, and foxes were common sights. Fishing and crabbing was special bonus. The food was excellent, the crew was amazing. Outdoors International did a great job of finding exactly what we were looking for.

What an amazing experience!
The hunting lodge was out of this world!, Rooms, food and the scenery were all A+. Our guide was exceptional and had us on Shiras moose all five days. We saw over 30 total with at least 10 bulls. They had a plan for everything including taxidermy and game processing.
