Kansas Turkey Hunts
With good populations of unpressured Eastern and Rio Grande gobblers and beautiful landscape, Kansas turkey hunting one of the most exciting hunts out there. Wild turkey populations have exploded in recent years, and Kansas is one of the best turkey hunting states in the country right now. Over-the-counter tags and a two bird limit offer additional appeal, with a long spring season running from mid April through the end of May.
The western two-thirds of the state have Rio Grande turkeys. Hybrid Rio Grande/Eastern birds are found in the north-central region, and there are good numbers of Eastern turkeys are common in the northeastern and southeast regions.
With our vetted outfitter, you can hunt Rio Grande and Easterns in Kansas, then jump over to their property in Nebraska to hunt Merriam’s all in the same trip. Semi or fully guided hunts. Hunters can do their own calling or guides can assist them, it is up to you.

What an amazing experience!
The lodge was out of this world! Our rooms, the delicious food, the incredible wildlife and the scenery were amazing. Our photo safari guide was truly exceptional and had us on animals almost constantly. We saw over 30 different species and had some incredible up close experiences. Africa is amazing!
