Balkan Chamois Hunting Guides and Outfitters
The Balkan Chamois, scientifically known as Rupicapra Balcanica, is a Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, and Greece. However, the largest population of Balkan Chamois is concentrated in Macedonia. These majestic animals typically inhabit elevations above 2,000 meters (6,560 ft.), but during winter and when evading predators, they may descend to altitudes below 1,000 meters (3,280 ft.). The Balkan Chamois is not only a visually stunning creature but also holds great appeal for European hunters seeking an exhilarating hunting experience.
Balkan Chamois Hunting Season
The hunting season for Balkan Chamois extends from August to January, providing ample opportunity for hunters. Both male and female specimens are eligible for hunting, but the most favorable time to pursue them is during the mating season in October and early November. The recommended shooting distance ranges from 150 to 300 meters, and it is advisable to use calibers such as 270, 308, 7 mag, and 300 win mag.

Our hunt was excellent.
We saw bucks every day along with all other sorts of wildlife. Mountain goats, bears, and foxes were common sights. Fishing and crabbing was special bonus. The food was excellent, the crew was amazing. Outdoors International did a great job of finding exactly what we were looking for.

What an amazing experience!
The hunting lodge was out of this world!, Rooms, food and the scenery were all A+. Our guide was exceptional and had us on Shiras moose all five days. We saw over 30 total with at least 10 bulls. They had a plan for everything including taxidermy and game processing.
