This Alaska moose hunt was everything we wanted and more. It challenged us physically when packing out meat, and it was a complete wilderness experience. we saw black bears, a wolf from the plane and were able to harvest and eat a few tasty grouse. The moose tenderloins cooked over an open fire were delicious and 3 guys can eat two nights on one moose tenderloin, they are massive animals. One of the best wilderness hunts I have ever been on!!

The moose hunt was everything I expected. We hunted the marsh flats and saw moose everyday of our hunt. Calling was key. Trusting your moose call is something I can’t stress enough. The most demanding aspect of this drop hunt for me was patience!
This hunt was a blessing for me to be able to spend time together with both of my sons, since they are now grown and doing their own things. I think this is a trip my boys will remember for ever. We are already planning our next big adventure, not sure what it will be, but Russ will be a part of the planning and making sure we have reputable outfitter to work with.
We had a great experience with Outdoors International from the first phone call. I would definitely recommend this hunt to anyone who is looking for an experience of a lifetime!

Many thanks to Carole for supporting us when you were not available, a true team effort. God bless to you all and Outdoors International.
