I was born and raised in St. Johns County, Florida along the banks of the St. Johns River. I was always drawn to the outdoors and inevitably, my first passion became chasing largemouth bass with my dad in the river that was my backyard. I was fortunate to live where I did and have parents that supported my drive to fish. As I aged, that passion expanded to hunting and throughout the year, I would seldom be found in the house. Between fishing tournaments and hunting seasons, being in the outdoors became my life in my late teens and early 20’s.

My story
I was blessed to be given an opportunity to join the law enforcement profession early in life. I spent 20 years serving a growing central Florida community and had so many great experiences working with the men and women in that department. My time in that profession has created a strong desire to provide opportunities for first responders to connect with the outdoors as a healthy outlet to support their mental health and well-being. It has also helped me recognize the value of building strong relationships—a lesson that now shapes my work in the outdoor industry and deepens my commitment to the clients I serve.
With retirement approaching in late 2023, I joined the Outdoors International team. I would finally be able to share my passion for the outdoors with other like-minded people. Every day I look forward to meeting the next new client. Whether it be a seasoned hunter or angler, a hunter looking for their first trip “out west” or internationally, or a family that’s wanting to take their kids for that outdoor experience of a lifetime! Hearing the excitement in their voice drives me and being able to help them accomplish their goal or dream is an honor.
