This trip was fantastic. The guides were high skilled, respectful, and accommodating. The horses were great. The camp cook/camp jack made our stay really comfortable and the tents were perfect.
I would recommend this outfitter and would definitely go again.

The outfitter and his guide work really hard. My guide was very young and this was his first year of guiding. He was green when it came to elk hunting but was very knowledgeable on backcountry horsemanship and learned fast. He worked very hard and was extremely respectful.

Going backcountry elk hunting required horses so if you are not a strong rider, get there because riding a horse is a must.
Ended up arrowhead a 333″ bull at 12 yards at about 9700 feet. Awesome experience and would love to do it all over again.
